Kelsea Ballerini’s ‘How Do I Do This’ Video Teases Chase Stokes 1st Date on December 2, 2023 at 1:23 am Us Weekly

Kelsea Ballerini slipped into her best little black dress as she prepared for her first date in her official “How Do I Do This (The Final Chapter)” music video.
“They say to get out with the old, you get in with the new / And I haven’t been on a date since I was 22,” Ballerini, 30, starts off singing in the Friday, December 1, video, while wearing sweatpants following her divorce from Morgan Evans. “My friend has a friend and they say they’re my type / And then they texted me once / And then they texted me twice / Saying, ‘Are you free Saturday? I know a spot’ / So, I typed out a couple million ways to respond / But I landed with ‘Yes’ / S—t, so where the hell is my dress?”
After nervously texting her future date — which she’s previously hinted was now-boyfriend, Chase Stokes — Ballerini gets dolled up in a Cinderella blue dress while dreaming about the possible new romance. She continues to primp and sing to herself in the mirror before chopping off her long locks as part of her new phase post-divorce.
In the video, the country singer rocks multiple fairy tale gowns in her room before settling on a sexy LBD and sipping wine in the bathroom. When the doorbell rings and Ballerini smirks in her mirror and then pauses before walking to meet her new man.

Ballerini released the song “How Do I Do This (The Final Chapter)” in August as part of her Rolling Up the Welcome Mat (For Good) EP.
The initial album came out in February and documented Ballerini’s divorce from Evans, 38, which was finalized in November 2022. The twosome were married for nearly five years before their split.
While many of the tracks on the record recalled the hard times Ballerini had to overcome after heartbreak, “How Do I Do This,” is a song about her moving on with boyfriend Stokes, 31, and the nerves she felt before going out on that first date.
“It’s about the nerves of going into a very unknown world,” Ballerini exclusively told Us Weekly in August of the song. “And, to me, I felt like since I hadn’t really gotten to share my story in my perspective on what had happened in my life yet, that needed to come second. That is part two.”

The Grammy nominee explained: “I felt like I really wanted to talk about, you know, the breakup, and let that kind of live in one piece. And then if I ever decided to do what we’re doing now — Rolling Up the Welcome Mat (For Good) — then that would be kind of the extension of the story. And especially now, I’ve been in a new relationship for a while now, and people have seen that. So I feel like it’s a really appropriate time to catch everyone up and to be able to move the narrative from the past to the present.”
Ballerini touches on the butterflies she felt stepping into her post-divorce dating era in the track, singing, “Like, is it wrong to take a shot? / I’m freaking out like ‘Oh, my God’ / ‘Cause now it’s 7:00 on the dot.” She also name-drops Kelly Clarkson in one verse, revealing she called Clarkson, 41, “for a talk” before the big night.
Ballerini and Stokes were first linked in January while attending the College Football Playoff National Championship in Los Angeles. Ballerini confirmed the relationship one month later during an appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, sharing that she slid into the Outer Banks star’s DMs.
The pair made their red carpet debut in April at the CMT Music Awards in Nashville and have been giving fans glimpses at their romance ever since.
“We are both very much so golden-retriever energy most of the time, but we both have a little bite in us, and we’re both incredibly driven,” Ballerini told Nylon of Stokes in October. “He is the first person I’ve been in a relationship with that I feel like is not my complete opposite.”

Nick Cannon Reveals How Much He Spends on Trips to Disneyland With His Kids on December 2, 2023 at 1:23 am Us Weekly

Nick Cannon drops a serious amount of cash to take his whole family to Disneyland every year.
“Do you know how much money I spend at Disneyland a year?” Cannon, 43, asked on the Friday, December 1, episode of The Breakfast Club radio show for Power 105.1, to which host Charlamagne tha God retorted, “A lot.”
Before confessing how much he spends, Cannon explained he used to host the iconic Christmas morning parade at the theme park from 2009 to 2019. While he worked for the company, he would get a series of “perks” including free admittance to the parks for himself and his family — which, at the time, only included his twins Moroccan and Monroe, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey.
“It’s no longer free and I only had two kids then,” he joked. “Every birthday and Christmas I’m literally at Disneyland at least once a month and to move around Disney, like, I’m probably spending $200,000 a year at Disneyland.”
Cannon noted that in addition to tickets for the theme park, he also pays for a chaperone, hotel rooms and other add-ons.
“Disneyland is expensive already off [the] top if you trying to stay in the hotel,” he explained while noting that the amusement park has changed a lot over the years. “It’s not how it used to be. You gotta make reservations.”

When it was suggested that that Cannon should invest in a park “membership” he retorted, “I used to be an employee!”
“I’m like, ‘Mickey, can you hook a n–ga up? Can I get my job back?’” Cannon quipped. “That’s one job I need back.”
Cannon is a father of 12. In addition to Moroccan and Monroe, he shares sons Golden Sagon, 6, and Rise Messiah, 14 months, and daughter Powerful Queen, 2, with Brittany Bell, daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, 12 months, and twins Zion and Zillion, 2, with Abby De La Rosa. He also shares daughter Onyx, 14 months, with LaNisha Cole and son Legendary Love, 17 months, with Bre Tiesi. Cannon and Alyssa Scott welcomed daughter Halo Marie, now 11 months, in December 2022. Their late son, Zen, died from cancer in December 2021 at 5 months old.
As the holiday season approaches, Cannon has shared he plans to spend time with all his little ones for Christmas.
“Saint Nick will be in every chimney I could possibly be in,” he told Entertainment Tonight on Saturday, November 25. “It’s all about the kids, so you’ll definitely see us doing some fun, over-the-top stuff in the next 30 days.”

RHOM’s Lenny Hochstein Sues Estranged Wife Lisa Hochstein Over Abuse Claims on December 2, 2023 at 12:26 am Us Weekly

The Real Housewives of Miami alum Lenny Hochstein has filed a defamation lawsuit against estranged wife Lisa Hochstein over a recent social media post where she hinted he abused her.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Lenny filed a civil suit on Friday, December 1, against the reality star and is seeking damages up to $100,000 and attorneys’ fees.
The lawsuit comes days after Lisa shared an Instagram Story photo of a bruise on her arm and hinted that Lenny had previously abused her.
“Didn’t want to have to share this, but I’m left with no choice. I’m being harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop,” Lisa captioned the November 22 post, which has since expired, but the plastic surgeon included a screenshot in his filing. “This was almost two weeks old from last season. You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce.”
In his court filing, Lenny, 57, vehemently denies Lisa’s allegations and claims his ex is harassing him. Lenny claimed in his lawsuit that Lisa, 41, got the bruise after she “lost her balance” while walking up a set of stairs while the pair were having an argument.
“It came about because [Lisa] as usual was yelling at and berating [Lenny] when he came home from work, as she did almost daily telling him how he never does anything right, so [Lenny] attempted to walk away and started walking up the stairs and [Lisa] walked in front of [him] going backwards up the stairs so she could continue yelling in [his] face and [she] lost her balance and fell on a stair,” read Lenny’s filing.
“Nothing can be further from the truth,” he adds in court docs about the alleged abuse claim.
“[Lisa’s] lies of abuse are not a surprise to [Lenny] as [Lisa] stated publicly that she needs to retaliate against [her ex] for what [Lisa] claims is harassment,” continues the court filing. “Yet [Lenny] is not harassing [Lisa] but rather presenting the truth which [Lisa] does not like.”

Lisa and Lenny, who tied the knot in 2009, have faced plenty of ups and downs, many of which have played out on RHOM.
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in October 2022, claiming to Us at the time that the pair “contemplated divorce for the last several years.” He went public with girlfriend Katharina Mazepa that same month.
Lisa, meanwhile, alleged that Mazepa was Lenny’s “mistress,” though Lenny claimed that the couple began dating after he and Lisa had already separated. Lenny proposed to Mazepa in July.
In turn, the doctor accuses the reality star of cheating on him with her current boyfriend, Jody Glidden, in the newly filed documents. Calling her the “real ‘homewrecker’ of Miami,” he claims Lisa was with Glidden the night the CEO was supposed to get married to his ex-fiancée.
In response to the lawsuit, Lisa tells Us: “We haven’t received anything. This DOES seem like something ‘litigator Lenny’ would do as he’s made it clear he’s out to financially strangle me. He’s not happy unless he’s suing.”
Last year, Lisa accused Lenny of cutting off her credit card, leaving her unable to “buy food and diapers” for their children. The duo share son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle, 4. In April, Lenny was ordered to pay his estranged wife $8,000 a month in temporary support.
While it seemed like the pair were on the verge of settling their divorce, Lenny filed to withdraw his settlement in August.
“Lisa came up with an agreement in June. I thought it would have been something that made her happy and allow her to move on because it’s far more generous than our premarital agreement stipulated,” Lenny exclusively told Us at the time. “Lisa will never be happy. I tried my best and instead of having gratitude she doubled down and called me nasty names and accused me of heinous things.”
While attending BravoCon in October, Lisa confirmed to Us that she and Lenny are still “not divorced” officially. She added that something new comes up “every day” and it has caused her “a lot of stress.”
“We have a lot of things that we haven’t figured out, and it’s daunting,” Lisa explained. “It’s just every day. It’s taking up so much of my time when I could be doing other things and working towards a healthier, better life, and instead, I’m still dealing with this, unfortunately.”
