Blake Lively Subpoenas Candace Owens
Blake Lively has issued subpoenas to Candace Owens, along with Perez Hilton and Andy Signore, as part of her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni. The subpoenas are reportedly aimed at obtaining all communications these content creators may have had with Baldoni and his associates, in an effort to prove Lively’s claim that Baldoni orchestrated an online smear campaign against her following the release of their film “It Ends With Us”.
Candace Owens responded publicly, stating she has not yet received any subpoena and does not know why she is being subpoenaed, as she was not acquainted with any of the parties when the lawsuits began. Owens added she would update her audience on her podcast if and when she receives more information.
The subpoenas follow a recent court decision dismissing Baldoni’s $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. Lively’s legal team continues to pursue discovery to support her allegations of a coordinated smear campaign.
