If needed, ALE can even arrange for a short-term hotel stay while you browse available property options.
At our ALE placements, we can typically accommodate most domestic pets. Please note that landlords or hotels may charge a non-refundable pet fee or require breed restrictions.

Once you and your adjuster have approved a property, we will set a move-in date. Furnished corporate suites are often ready for immediate occupancy, while furnished properties can take a few days to prepare. For trailers, delivery, set-up, and furnishing can take 7-14 days. Additionally, while we arrange for long-term housing solutions, we can facilitate direct billing of hotel charges for room and taxes.

Upon move-in, ALE Housing provides a comprehensive checklist to inspect the temporary residence and report any damaged items. We encourage our clients to thoroughly review and report any damages to ensure their security deposit is refunded in full upon move-out. Please note that any damages incurred during their stay will be their responsibility upon check-out.

We want to extend our support to policy holders who may experience consequential ale losses and find themselves without a home while waiting for additional damages to be covered by insurance.
In such cases, ale-housing.com will continue to provide housing and furniture for up to 4 months beyond the last insurance payment, ensuring that our policy holders have a safe and comfortable place to stay during this difficult time. However, after 4 months, policy holders will be responsible for the payment of utilities, and all housing and furniture provided by ale-housing.com will be due by the policy holder.
